Work History

Prior to establishing Artha Yoga, our instructor has contributed to the well-being of individuals through teaching and consultation at the Someshwarapura Welfare Association in Bangalore, India. This experience has allowed our instructor to hone their skills in designing yoga class sequences and integrating lesson plans suitable for students of different levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. By incorporating Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga formats, our instructor ensures a balanced and comprehensive approach to yoga practice.

During the classes, our instructor demonstrates postures to students, guiding them in finding their proper alignment and poses.
